Broker Assistant - 0 positions available

The Broker Assistant will be responsible for the administrative duties and task that the broker needs on a daily basis. These tasks will be broken up into daily, weekly, monthly task and an array of random task throughout the workweek. This will include direct communication with the Broker, the company’s clients, and staff at TM5 properties.

This person’s key role is creating and implementing new systems to make the office work flow more efficient, create all lead generation content, handle social media consistently, and service all client paperwork and administrative duties. It is this person’s responsibility to manage their schedule and time block accordingly so that these tasks are completed.

Executive Assistant/Property Manager - 0 positions available

The Executive Assistant-Property Manager will be responsible for communicating with agents, escrow companies, mortgage brokers, vendors, tenants and clients during a real estate transaction and property maintenance scenarios. In addition, this person will need to effectively manage tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient closing and other situations that the Broker needs.

This will include direct communication with the Broker, the company’s clients, and staff at TM5 Properties. This person’s key role is creating and implementing new systems for the transaction’s contract to close, marketing aspects, the Broker’s personal listings, and property management systems.

The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and supervising all administrative activities needed to run the office. This person will be responsible for opening and closing the office daily, creating a welcoming office atmosphere, assist in helping to grow and improve the company, creating marketing materials, keep inventory, lead weekly meetings, and manage invoices and commission earned by agents.

This will include direct communication with the Broker, the company’s clients, and staff at TM5 properties. This person’s key role is creating and implementing new systems to make the office work flow more efficient.
