Originally from Sealy, about an hour south of College Station, Julie attended Blinn in Brenham and then moved to Aggieland after being accepted to Texas A&M. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and started working for a custom home builder immediately after graduating. After two years of learning the ins and outs of residential construction, Julie decided to get her real estate license in 2015. Her first deal in real estate was the purchase of her own home, which is now her first piece of rental investment property. Julie loves how homeownership can bring a sense of pride and accomplishment and wants first time home buyers to feel the same way. Working with sellers is especially dear to her because she knows how important it is to keep open communication throughout the process to provide a high-level of service and to have a smooth experience. When she has free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family in Sealy or friends in Bryan/College Station. She is a proud member in Junior League and recruits everyone to join. Junior League B/CS is a women's volunteer organization that gives back to the Brazos Valley through many different outlets and provides much more to the women and children who live here.
