Truth- Pricing it correctly, having great photos and positive internet exposure are a few components that with ultimately sell your home.

 

Myth- All updates that you make to your home translate into your profit when you sell.

Truth- Some improvements may create value, but all improvements do not guarantee ROI. (Return On Investment)

 

Myth- Your home needs to be in the local magazines and newspapers to get the right exposure.

Truth- 89.4% of all buyers begin their property search online 2-3 months before they buy. Internet presence is much more important for the seller.
