Hello friends!  Wow, the spring market has taken off with a bang!  It reminds me of 2008 when there were multiple offers on homes.  I have already had one home that I listed at 3:30 in the afternoon and by 9:30 the next morning we had an offer!  So far, I am seeing a sellers market.  I have clients who can't find a home because there is so little inventory!  I have even shown homes that are not currently listed, but the seller is considering putting it on the market!
