Spring Meadows is near Woodland Hills Park and is situated right off William D. Fitch Parkway off Texas 6. There are plenty of walking trails to enjoy and a park for the kiddos! Pebble Creek Country Club and Golf course is just down the road from this great neighborhood.  Spring Meadows is close to Salt Grass Steak House, Mooyah Burgers and Tower Point shopping center. WHAT IS CLOSING?

Closing (also called settlement) is the legal transfer of property ownership. Usually, but not always, possession is transferred at closing. Sometimes the seller may ask to close the sale but retain possession, and pay rent to the buyer until vacating the property at a later date.

WHO ATTENDS CLOSINGS?

Face-to-face closings are common in most states, although a few states do not require them. Your ABR® can provide details for your situation. The participants usually include:

  • You, the buyer.
  • The seller.
  • The real estate agents representing the buyer(s) and seller(s).
  • Attorneys for the buyer(s) and seller(s).
  • The closing agent, the title insurance representative, and the escrow agent. Often one person…

How to Declutter Your Kid's Rooms for Showings

When it comes to showings and getting your house on the market, kids rooms are very important, especially to families!

Here are some tips and tricks to declutter them and fast.

Step 1: Do the easy things first

Start by going through the kiddo's toys and throwing away the broken ones then moving to the dress up clothes. If the clothes are too small, give them away. Move towards putting trash in the trashcan and clearing up the floor space.

I have several Magruder homes available that are under construction in the Creek Meadows neighborhood. Several of the amenities for these houses include spacious, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, granite countertops, and fenced backyards. These houses are great for first time home buyers, growing families, or empty nesters. One of the benefits of buying a new home still under construction is that you're able to customize the home's finishes to your liking. The Creek Meadows subdivision includes for the community a basketball court, playground equipment, clubhouse, and swimming pool. It is also within walking distance to Greens Prairie elementary.

I will be featured on the cover in the September issue of the South Texas Edition of Top Agent Magazine. Top Agent Magazine is an international publication that features real estate agents who are industry experts greatly impacting their market. Being nominated and featured on the cover is especially considered a privilege, "as it speaks to a certain success level all real estate agents strive for."

My background in the NFL helped develop my real estate strategy into what it is today. I learned hard work and determination and envisioned implementing that same approach in the real estate business. Because of this, in just the first year of becoming a Realtor®, I completed $1.3 million in sales.  In 2014, I completed 100 transactions for $22.5…
