You have probably noticed the large development project along the east side of EARL RUDDER FREEWAY at Sebesta 

It has been personally confirmed with two different sources that the construction will be a Mercedes Benz Dealership as well as the new location for Brazos Valley BMW.

The site work has been developing for many weeks now.  In the past few days, steel has been erected.  Recently I spoke with Madison from the City of College Station Planning and Development Department to discover a few of the building projects going up in our neighborhood.   Madison was kind enough to share that the construction along the east side of Earl Rudder Freeway is slated to be a Mercedes Benz Dealership.  Searching online, I located an article posted by WTAW…
