I wanted to quickly hop on the blog today to talk about a topic on everyone's minds: COVID 19. As of yesterday (March 23rd) Brazos County has been formally placed under the shelter in place status. Non-essential jobs are working from home, kids are home-schooling, & people are expected to only go out in public for essential needs & outdoor exercise. What does this all mean for B/CS real estate activities?

Well the short answer is that this will vary case-by-case. 

Each brokerage & individual real estate professional is able to make their own determination of how they will conduct their business for the time being. Lucky for the real estate industry, we are used to working remotely & doing most of our activities online. Real estate activities
