It’s important for an expert, like myself, to know the audience pool of potential buyers. Did you know that the number of first-time home buyers is rising? They are now 35% of the buying market. And amongst all buyers, 80% begin their search online… online! Then they continue searching by contacting an agent, not looking into for sale by owner. What kind of presence do
Many sellers wonder how to get their home sold as fast as possible, does that ring a bell for you? Here are some tips to get your home SOLD quickly:

Pricing too high will eliminate a pool of available buyers, and pricing too low will be unfair to you as the seller. Set it right the first time!
Give it curb appeal – I’m sure you’ve seen them around town, those houses that have such a great exterior that you feel compelled to go inside… that’s what we want for your house! It could include
