Happy New Year! Welcome to year 2020. With the new year, comes resolutions or goals for it and a new pantone color of the year. One of the most common new year resolutions or goals is to lose weight or be active! I’m sure you are not surprised. Many people join a gym, but why not explore the walking/jogging trails in your very own community? There are many parks in BCS and surrounding areas, but here are a few that I enjoy. Located near Rudder High School off of Old Reliance Rd, this new subdivision features beautiful market ready & custom homes starting in the lower $200K price range all the way up to $300K. I sat down with Ranger Home Builders, one of the prominent builders in the neighborhood. 2. Fewer buyers = Less competition! Many buyers may be waiting for the summer months to move their families. They want to avoid changing schools during the school year or trying to move their families during

Traditions is a community on the rise in Bryan College Station.   If you’ve been searching for a new home there's no doubt you’ve seen the term, “move in ready.” This description sounds very appealing, but understanding what it actually means is important so you have the right expectations when starting your real estate search.   First it’s important to remember that the descriptions in real estate listings are written by the listing agent or broker. While there are guidelines and rules which prevent blatant lying, most home buyers have become aware of the fluffy language used to market a home for sale. The meaning of “move-in ready” is fairly straightforward; it means that the home is in a condition which is acceptable for…
