Winter is coming! Even though we may be trying to hold on to the last couple weeks of fall, colder temperatures are headed our way! With dropping temperatures comes a new set of maintenance items to prepare for as homeowners. It is officially fall which means that the 2019 Fall Parade of Homes is only two weeks away!! Parade of Homes weekends are some of my favorite weekends of the year because it gives everyone the chance to see all the new construction homes that the Greater Brazos Valley has to offer. Upwards of 30 homes are usually on Parade, so this weekend can be overwhelming. That's where my tips & tricks come in handy! Follow these tips & you''ll be sure to have a successful weekend looking at beautiful homes!

  This weekend the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association is putting on one of my favorite events: The Parade of Homes! This two day event is a great opportunity for everyone to see all the beautiful new builder homes all at one time! The best part about this event is that it is FREE and open to everyone!
