There is high buyer activity and a historically low number of houses for sale right now. The perfect time for homeowners to sell their house is when the demand for homes is higher than what’s available for sale. Here are a few ways that low inventory can help you get a great deal if you’ve been on the fence about selling your current home.

Better Seller Terms

When there is a seller’s market like there is today, it is much more like being in he driver’s seat when you choose to sell your home. Who doesn’t love a snow day? Cuddling on the couch with a mug of hot cocoa while watching movies can make anyone not want to venture out into the cold. Especially if you're a Texan. Many of us were not expecting the Winter Wonderland, we received this past week end. Next time you find yourself in this spot, it will be a good idea to head out for half an hour to protect your home, especially if you want to sell in the future. Happy New Year! 2021 is here and I think many of us are wanting to start with our best foot forward. For me, that means getting healthier. Have you heard of the quarantine 15? If not, it’s a nod to the weight gain many people experienced during the lockdowns. No shame in it and how you coped with the very difficult year. Luckily, many gyms and fitness places have adapted to all that is going on. I’ve collected virtual workout options as well as in-person options in BCS. Here is the list:

Virtual:

Caitlyn Maculso- She offers Turbokick and Piyo classes. Turbokick is cardio kickboxing with a dance vibe. Piyo is pilates/yoga fusion which is an athletic class that is good for all fitness levels.

This weekend the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association is putting on one of my favorite events: The Parade of Homes! This two weekend event is a great opportunity for everyone to see all the beautiful new builder homes all at one time! The best part about this event is that it is FREE and open to everyone!
