According to chief economist Dr. Gaines at the Texas A&M Real Estate Center, the population of BCS is predicted to increase to approximately 400,000 people by 2050. With the increase of people comes the increase of housing. I wanted to highlight some of the newest neighborhoods you may not be familiar with!

Greens Prairie Reserve

Developed on 370 acres of ranch land and offers 3 styles of homes - Classic homesites (70 ft lots), Heritage Homesites (1/3-1/2 acre lots) & Legacy Homesites. They're keeping the ponds, natural terrain and heritage oaks original to the land. The community will include stocked ponds for fishing, over 12 miles of trails, a community center, 1 gig internet, and sports fields. This neighborhood also offers privacy buffers on the back of nearly every home. For a list of builders, click here.
