On the corner of W Villa Maria and South College Avenue in Bryan, Texas sits the 148 acre Travis B Bryan Municipal Golf Course. The city of Bryan has discussed turning the golf course into a super park for more than 5 years, and over the last year, plans for that are finally being released. Tackling the misconception of "off season"

The general assumption in most markets is that spring/summer is the best time in real estate to buy or sell and the fall/winter is “off season”. Likewise, many realtors will advise clients to wait until the spring to list their home.
