Are you thinking about buying a home this Fall? Are you thinking now might not be the "right" time to buy? There are plenty of reasons why the Fall could be a great time to buy! Here are just 4 really good ones...

According to city officials, "the municipal course had become a financial drain for the city over the years, losing around $200,000 annually on what has been a more than $900,000-a-year operation". The idea of creating a "super park" was primarily focused on the need to use sports and tourism to the economic advantages of the city. Home Buyer Tips

From the desk of Mae Nowak, Realtor®

It's easy to get swept up in excitement when you've made an offer on your dream home and it has been accepted by a seller. You're anxious and ready to move in immediately. However, there's one more thing you need to do to know exactly what you're buying - a home inspection.

You’re probably thinking, “How much does that cost?” It doesn’t cost the buyer anything! Most all Builders will pay Realtors a referral fee.

So before you decide to move forward on building your home without representation from a Realtor, give me a
