Castlegate Homes for Sale

Castlegate real estate consists of around 800 homes built over 13 phases. As the name suggests, these homes draw heavily on a traditional European aesthetic, making use of varied textures and cascading rooflines.

There are a variety of floorplans available in Castlegate homes, with stately names like Windsor, Kensington, Pembroke, and Gardens. These homes range from around 1,500 square feet up to 3,500 square feet in size.

Other design features of these homes are the tall arched entryways, sash windows with exterior shutters, textured brickwork, and an abundance of forward-facing gables for maximum curb appeal.

Castlegate’s largest homes are near the center of the community, with sprawling multi-winged residences and large backyards, many of which have in-ground pools.

Further towards the periphery, homes are a but narrower, but still with road-facing double garages, recessed entries, and great windows overlooking the front lawn from the interior’s main living space.
