King Oaks Real Estate
Homes in King Oaks make great use of the space and beautiful setting, displaying a range of rustic and farm-inspired designs - the perfect exteriors for housing the luxury and comfort within.
King Oaks is a community built by the residents themselves. Well, not exactly the residents, but they took ownership of the lots and organized their own designs and builders to make their Texan countryside dream homes a reality.
Many have earthy or sand-toned stone and brick facades, visible support beams, low roofs in slate or metal sheeting, and wide porches and rear patios. A few of the homes make use of the space with in-ground pools and large barbecue areas. Dormer windows, carriage drives, side-facing garage entrances, and secondary buildings complete the sense of spacious ranch estates in the heart of Texas’ woodlands.
King Oaks is rapidly approaching its final building-out stages, as the last of these large, luxurious, and bespoke homes are built.
